As Managing Director of swilar GmbH in Germany, Dr. Schneider supports  foreign SMEs in Russia with strategy advice and personnel concepts. Dr. Schneider has over 30 years of Russian and industrial experience, including a management function at the Russian location of a global automotive supplier. With his economics degree and doctorate, Dr. Schneider specified in his work, among other things, on the implementation of effective controlling instruments. He heads the ICV Moscow Working Group since its foundation in 2017.
Dr. Georg Schneider now lives with his family in Swisttal near Bonn.

Lorenz Widmer is Head of the Swiss Business Hub Russia since 2017, before he worked as Senior Economist and Program Manager at the Swiss State Secretary for Economy SECO. The Swiss Business Hub Russia is the local representation of Switzerland Global Enterprise and offers specific services to SMEs from Switzerland and Liechtenstein to help them to launch and develop their business relations in Russia. Based at the Swiss Embassy in Moscow, the Swiss Business Hub Russia benefits from a widespread network of contacts in Russia.
